About Us
Kyle W. Nevins has over two decades of combined federal government affairs and business community experience. Since 2015, Kyle has been a founding partner of Harbinger Strategies LLC, a leading all-Republican lobbying firm in Washington, DC. Prior launching his consulting practices, Kyle spent over a decade as a top-level aide in the U.S. House of Representatives, guiding the vote counting operations for the Majority and Minority Whips, as well as coordinating the legislative agenda for the Majority Leader.
As the President and CEO of Nevins Enterprises, Kyle offers both consulting services and speaking appearances. He is the co-author of Inside Congress: A Guide for Navigating the Politics of the House and Senate Floors, and serves as a guest lecturing for The Brookings Institute. Kyle also serves as a founding Board Member of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia and the Center for Effective Lawmaking, a joint research program of the University of Virginia and Vanderbilt University.
Kyle has remained deeply involved in—and personally committed to—congressional reforms to strengthen the Legislative Branch and the institution of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has written on the topic for The Federalist Society and The Hill, and testified before the House Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress.
Kyle is available for consulting services, speaking appearances, and non-profit efforts to promote and reform democracy.
